November 10, 2006 Reviewer: A customer in Colorado I had read about Sesamin in a few scientific journals (I'm a grad student) a few months back. Decided to give it a try. 30 to 60 min after taking I noticed a warming in my body, nothing too crazy, but I definitely felt the effect. This pairs nicely with Guggulbolic. Using the two of them helped me trim up within two weeks (definitely lost more fat than I can typically lose in that time period). Was this review helpful to you?
