I haven't responded well to other pre-workout NO products like no xplode, superpump, and others, but Shock Therapy works well for me. I get good pumps, but I don't always feel them (easy to notice, but doesn't always feel the rush). Energy is great too. I find myself wanting to quit but knowing I can't wuss out because this stuff has kept me going. Seems like a good value per serving too. Stacked with storm which is also awesome stuff.
