I have been buying the medium, mixing it with some red pepper flakes and cayenne to kick up the heat. I bought the hot through this website because it was cheaper and i can't find the hot locally. I honestly couldn't tell a difference between the medium and the hot. I still have to add the spices to get it to my liking. A tip. Since this stuff is so thick, you can add water to it and heat it and it will thicken back up and this helps to make the jar go further.
