June 13, 2020Reviewer: Michael in Illinois* A great way to add fiber to my diet. I add it to hot cereals and soup to increase the fiber content. The oat fiber seems pretty absorbent so it is necessary to add water accordingly. I have also increased my water consumption. I use it daily. This review is specific to Oat Fiber

May 26, 2020Reviewer: kreela in Virginia* This oat fiber is a tan-colored, heavier version than the other brand. It smells and looks less processed, with thicker fibers. Both work fine in my chocolate "pudding" but if I were cooking a different product, I would keep in mind that this Oat Fiber will add its own floury taste. This review is specific to Oat Fiber

February 03, 2020Reviewer: A guest* I use this for making bread and muffins. It is zero carbs. Although it is not strictly keto, I am doing dirty keto so I find it an amazing product that helps me stick with really low carbs. This review is specific to Oat Fiber

May 20, 2019Reviewer: Sandy in Georgia* The lifesource oatfiber 500 in the silver bag also sold on this site is much better tasting and less expensive. This one is kind of gritty & grainy in your baked goods & pancakes, it's still useable and works best if you mix it with another flour replacement like almond flour or flaxseed meal. If the other brand is in stock I recommend you go with that one. This review is specific to Oat Fiber

April 22, 2019Reviewer: Lisa in New Hampshire* I bought this specifically to make keto pancakes. After trying many (failed) recipes, I tried pancakes with this Oat fiber and they were amazing. I'm looking into other oat fiber recipes but I'll probably use the whole bag on pancakes (yummy).
