June 26, 2019Reviewer: Tabitha in Delaware* I follow a KETO way of eating and I've been using Mio and sucralose sweetened flavor drops in my water for the past few years. I like them but I've heard the sucralose CAN spike your insulin whereas Stevia does not for anyone. I figured I'd give these a shot and I love that Netrition allows me to use the Product Analyzer to exclude products with certain ingredients I want to avoid (Maltodextrin and other ingredients that are hidden carbs/sugars). This has "Vegetable Glycerin" as the number 1 ingredient (should have known that would be a problem since Stevia or water wasn't the #1 ingredient. I tried the Strawberry Kiwi and today the Peach Mango. Both gave me SERIOUS gut upset: Gas, bloating, like a rock in my stomach. I read up on the Glycerin and that seems to be the cause. I purchased four bottles and now I have to throw them all out because it's not worth the expense of returning and after 1-2 drinks worth I was sick all night and then again all day. If you're going to try these, I would only do one bottle at first to see if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. I have other stevia products and have no problems with those so it's one of the additives. The flavors were alright so I wish I could stomach them and finish them off at least. This review is specific to Water Drops Water Enhancer, Strawberry Kiwi
